
BBQ Ribs
Use your choice of ribs, beef, pork spareribs, baby back, or boneless country ribs. Smoke or tenderize by your favorite method. BBQ till just done and brush on Montana City Grill's spicy oriental sauce till glazed on meat and serve hot.
Sesame Beef
(serves 4-6)
2 lbs. flank steak
1/2 cup MCG's Spicy Oriental Sauce
3/4 cup green onions, sliced coarse
1/8 cup peanut or canola oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice meat against the grain 1/4 inch thick. Stir in spicy oriental sauce and marinade for 1 hour.
- Heat frying pan till hot, add oil quickly, add meat and cook very quickly.
- Add sliced green onions, when meat is halfway cooked.
- Stir in an additional 1/2 cup of MCG's Spicy Oriental Sauce then serve over cooked white rice or crispy fried noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Sesame Chicken
(serves 4-6)
2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1 cup panko japanese crumbs
1 cup white sesame seeds
1 tsp. sea salt
2 eggs, large beaten
oil for frying
1 bottle Montana City Grill's Spicy Oriental Sauces, heated
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix panko, sesame seeds and salt together in a shallow bowl. Whip eggs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan till just hot.
- Rinse and dry chicken breasts, dip in egg and then dredge in panko & sesame breading, coat well.
- Place in oil and cook till golden brown, turn once and cook till just done.
- Place on serving plate and pour heated oriental sauce over breasts.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice.
Spicy Oriental Rice
(serves 4 as a side dish)
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
1/4 tsp. sea salt
- Cook rice following directions on package.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of Montana City Grill's Spicy Oriental Sauce (add more if desired).
- Serve with stir fried vegetables and chops.
Stir Fry
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Thin slice your favorite vegetables and quickly steam till just tender.
- Thin slice your choice of meat (chicken, pork, beef or shrimp leave whole).
- Quick wok or pan fry in a small amount of peanut oil your choice of meat add vegetables till heated through and toss MCG's sauce till coated and hot.
- Serve with hot white rice.
Oriental Noodle Salad
1 lb. angel hair pasta
3/4 cup MCG's Spicy Oriental Sauce
1/4 cup oil (light sesame, olive or canola)
1/2 cup green onions, sliced fine (optional)
3 oz. chinese snow peas (optional)
sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook pasta al dente and pour in colander and cool by running cold water over pasta.
- When cold, drain pasta and place in bowl.
- Mix oil and MCG Spicy Oriental Sauce and pour over pasta and toss till evenly coated.
- If using green onions and or snow peas toss with salad.
- Place in serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and additional snow peas and green onions.
ALTERNATES:
Oriental Chicken Salad
Grill chicken breasts, slice and serve on pasta salad. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds. You can place pasta salad on a bed of chinese fried noodles.
Chinese Pork Salad
Using chinese pork, slice thin and serve as chicken salad.
